Where We Build in Middle Tennessee
Our core service area covers five counties around Nashville and Clarksville. Find yours below, or call and ask. If you're nearby, there's a good chance we can help.
Cheatham County
Pleasant View, Ashland City, Kingston Springs, Pegram
If you've got acreage in Cheatham County and a house, shop, or barn in mind for it, we can take it from bare ground to finished. A lot of the county is rural, so most projects here start with clearing, grading, and site prep before the foundation goes in. It's close to home for us, from Pleasant View to Kingston Springs.
Robertson County
Springfield, White House, Greenbrier, Coopertown, Cross Plains
Bought land out past Springfield, or outgrowing the house you're in? Many projects here start on raw land, so the site prep and driveway come first, then the home. We also add on to existing homes and pour driveways, patios, and shop slabs from White House to Cross Plains.
Montgomery County
Clarksville, Sango, Woodlawn, Cunningham
If your family has outgrown your house in Clarksville but you don't want to leave the neighborhood, an addition might be the answer: an extra bedroom, a bigger kitchen, or a suite for a parent. We also build custom homes across Montgomery County, from in-town lots to rural property out toward Woodlawn.
Davidson County
West Nashville, East Nashville, Green Hills, Bellevue, Madison, Joelton
Love your Nashville neighborhood but not your house? In West Nashville, East Nashville, and Green Hills, most projects are remodels, additions, and rebuilds on tight in-town lots, where planning around neighbors, setbacks, and Metro Codes matters as much as the build. Out toward Bellevue and Joelton, there's room for a custom home on a bigger lot.
Sumner County
Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Portland
Thinking about building near Old Hickory Lake, or adding on instead of moving? We build custom homes and additions across Sumner County, from Hendersonville and Gallatin to open land out toward Portland. It's one of the busiest building areas around Nashville, so it pays to have your builder lined up early.
Williamson County
Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Thompson's Station, Spring Hill, Fairview
Homes in Brentwood and Franklin are built to be seen and lived in: a front with real curb appeal, a house that sits naturally on its lot, and finish work you notice up close. Finish carpentry is where Imanol got his start, so the details are the part we never rush. Bring the picture in your head, or a folder of saved photos, and we'll help you build it.
Don't See Your Area?
We also build in Rutherford, Dickson, Wilson, and surrounding counties, and take on select projects across Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. Tell us where your project is and we'll let you know.
